Jared “Big Baby” Anderson made an explosive return to the boxing scene last night in Tulsa. After taking eight months off due to a hand injury, Anderson secured a two round knockout against Serbian Miljan Rovcanin. At the end of the second round Anderson threw a right hander that sent Rovacanin onto the ground. The match, which was scheduled to go up to eight rounds, was an undercard that was broadcast on ESPN.
Anderson, who is a Scott High School graduate, is now undefeated in twelve professional bouts. What’s even more impressive is that all twelve of those bouts have been decided by knockouts. The twenty-two year-old is now one step closer to the main goal of becoming heavyweight champion of the world.
